Patriots injury updates on Blount, and McCourty



The Patriots suffered a few injuries during the Sunday Night game and win over the Houston Texans.

Reports are RB LeGarrette Blount injured his hip and will miss the rest of the season, according

to Mike Petraglia. He will placed on the IR.

Free Safety Devin McCourty sprained his ankle during the game, according to Ian Rapoport. He will miss some time, but not the postseason.

DL Dominique Easley will be placed on the IR, ending his season with a knee injury, according to Tom Curran.

The Patriots signed RB Montee Ball and WR Deandre Carter to the practice squad.
