The Kansas City Chiefs hosted the Patriots tonight and embarrassed them to a tune of 41-14. Don’t even let the score fool you, it was much worse than that.

The Pats could do nothing on offense. The OL couldn’t block, Brady had a bad night throwing two bad interceptions, and the wide outs couldn’t catch. The defense couldn’t tackle, they kept slipping, and they couldn’t stop the Chiefs tight end. Don’t let the fans fool you, Brady haters fool you, or ESPN, this game was the entire team’s fault and not just Tom Brady’s.

Tom Brady didn’t look confident or like he wanted to be there from the first snap to the last snap. He sulked the entire night and looked like a guy that didn’t care. He also didn’t congratulate Garoppolo on his touchdown or Gronk. He didn’t care tonight.

The Patriots had trouble protecting Tom Brady and Brady suffered more hits tonight and 2 strip sacks. He threw two interceptions that he just threw to throw I think because they were forced and nowhere close to Edelman and Amendola. Although, Edelman’s interception was a miscommunication.

The coaching was awful too, even before the game. The Pats had only 3 active wide outs tonight, leaving Thompkins and Dobson on the bench. Amendola, LaFell, and Edelman were the only three playing. The Pats had 5 running backs on the active roster tonight and they didn’t even run much. They threw a lot. That did not make sense. They had bad play calling on offense and they also kept playing zone on defense which the Chiefs picked apart. The Pats should’ve played in a man-to-man, but refuse to. They put Talib last year on every team’s best player but won’t do the same for Revis. Doesn’t make any sense to me.

The Chiefs are a good team who are hot right now. They’re a playoff team. They earned the win tonight. Jamaal Charles rushed for a touchdown and caught 2 touchdown passes. Tight End Travis Kelce had a good night as well, catching a touchdown pass toward the end of the game. He caught 8 passes for 83 yards.

I guess the Pats should read my previews because I said in order to win, they have to stop the run and the tight end Kelce. They did neither and got crushed on defense.

Tom Brady did throw a touchdown late in the game to WR Brandon LaFell, who showed off his speed tonight. Jimmy Garoppolo came in to finish the game late and threw a touchdown pass to Gronkowski.

The Pats got LaFell more involved in this game and he did good. He looks like a big guy with speed, so we will see how this progresses after he and Brady seem to get more comfortable together.

The shining stars for New England tonight were Brandon LaFell, Matthew Slater, and Bryan Stork.

The best thing that can come from this loss is, it wakes up the Pats and lights a fire under them and they make the changes that needs to be made for the rest of the season.
