The Patriots signed 2nd year linebacker Darius Fleming, the team announced Friday.
A 5th round draft pick by the San Francisco 49ers in 2012, Fleming missed the entire 2012 season after tearing his ACL in rookie camp, and then missed the 2013 season after tearing the other ACL in training camp.
During his 4 year career at Notre Dame, Fleming finished with 57 total tackles.
The 49ers released Fleming on May 12, 2014.
