The Atlanta Falcons were wining with ease in the first half of the game with the score 20-0 before blowing their lead, leading to an exciting finish at the end, with the Seahawks scoring a rushing TD by Lynch, to go up 28-27. In the final seconds, the Falcons set themselves up for a game winning field goal, winning by a final score of 28-30.
In the AFC the Ravens won an thriller against the Denver Broncos. With 30 or seconds left, Flacco hit Jones for a huge TD toss to tie the 35-35, sending the game into over time. It took two over times but the Ravens was able to intercept a pass of Peyton Manning’s and kicked a field goal to win by a score of 38-35. The Patriots handled a rematch with the Texans winning by a score of 28-41.
