Gronkowski Sits Out Another Practice

Rob Gronkowski did not practice on Wednesday as he continues to recover from a high left ankle sprain.

Gronkowski hasn’t been on the field since injuring his ankle against the Baltimore Ravens during the AFC Championship Game Jan. 22. Speaking with the media Wednesday morning, Gronkowski seemed to indicate that he is improving.

“I feel better every day, and that’s the goal,” Gronkowski said. “That’s the positive direction. You want to be moving forward every, single day. If you’re moving backwards, that’s not good at all. The rehab is going well, and we’re on pace.”
