Report: Greg Schiano could join Patriots staff

According to Ben Volin of the Boston Globe, former Buccaneers and Rutgers head coach Greg Schiano could join the Patriots staff. Schiano has been seen hanging out with Bill Belichick a lot in Indy and the Patriots have a spot on their coaching staff open. They’re good friends so we will see what happens.  

Patriots sign 7th rd pick Steve Beauharnais and 3rd rd pick Logan Ryan

The Patriots signed 7th round pick , LB Steve Beauharnais to a 4 year deal worth $2.207. They also signed 3rd round pick Logan Ryan to a contract, making him the 3rd drafted rookie to sign. All three were from Rutgers, Duron Harmon signed a deal first, 4 years worth $2,711,100.

The Patriots have signed third-round pick Duron Harmon. The safety out of Rutgers is the first member of New England’s eight-man draft class to sign a contract.

Patriots 7th round draft picks with highlights

The Patriots drafted DE Michael Buchanan Illinois with the 20th pick in the 7th round (226 pick overall). With their 29th pick in the 7th round (235 pick over all) they drafted Steve Beauharnais, ILB from Rutgers.
