Patriots wide receiver Phillip Dorsett has not yet been cleared to resume football activities and is unlikely to play Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys according to Mike Reiss of ESPN.
Dorsett suffered a concussion in the Week 11 win over the Eagles. His absence is bad news for the Patriots against the Cowboys’ stout pass defense, as fellow veteran wideout Mohamed Sanu may also miss the contest with an ankle injury.
First-round rookie N’Keal Harry would draw the start if Dorsett is unable to suit up and fellow rookie Jakobi Meyers will join him and Julian Edelman in three-wide sets if Sanu can’t go.
