The Patriots will start Jimmy Garoppolo due to Tom Brady’s four game suspension and there will be no Rob Gronkowski.

So, the Patriots are a nine point underdog and rightfully so. They gotta prove they can win without number 12.

I think, personally, the Cardinals defense is very good and the Patriots will play very safe tonight and rely on their defense, which I believe will be every bit as good as the Seahawks defense, maybe better. The Patriots defense is legit, Broncos defense legit, tonight they’ll prove it, and this game will be low scoring.

The Patriots defense will give them a chance to win this game unless the Pats offense is turning it over far too often, which I don’t think will be the case, with that in mind, the defense keeps them in it but doesn’t win it.

The Patriots offense will be simple, slow, and boring due to them being safe, which is exactly what every Patriots’ fans should want. Dump offs, screens, and easy routes will be there go to, but when the pressure is on, they won’t be able to do just enough for the win. The offensive line will be the biggest question mark of the game, if they can block, it should be close, if not, oh boy.

I’m picking the Cardinals, 17-13.
