Patriots wide out Julian Edelman underwent foot surgery on his left foot but should be ready for training camp, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Mike Reiss.

This is the second surgery on the foot for Edelman this past year. The surgery has been reported as a “cleanup procedure.”

Julian Edelman was also voted by NFL player as the #87th best player heading into the 2016 season. Last year he was voted in at number 91 on NFL’s Top 100 players.

Favorite part of the video for Edelman at number 87 was when the wide out said during a game, “Number 22 is talking *bleep** to Brady…….. I might run him over.”
To watch the video, just click the highlighted words above.

To me, 87 is too low for him, should be top 40 for the games he did play and for the games he missed due to injury. The Patriots really missed him down the stretch of the season and losing out on a first overall seed.
