Patriots move Chris Harper to the active roster.

The Patriots announced they promoted WR Chris Harper to the active roster and waived OL Chris Baker.
Harper made a name for himself among Pats Nation for a stand out preseason, catching everything that went his way.
We will see if he is there for depth or get a chance for playing time.
