The Patriots remain the pack leaders for another week on the NFL’s Power Rankings

The Patriots remain the number one team in the NFL after a 6-0 start. They defeated the team that boasted the number one defense in the Jets on Sunday, 30-23. The Jets remain the same even after a loss, at number 8. The team the Pats play next, Miami, moved up to 13 overall, a big jump from number 21, after their dismantling of the Houston Texans. The Packers, Bengals, Broncos and Panthers round out the top five.

The NFL.com power rankings keep the Patriots at number one overall after their win over the AFC East foe New York Jets. The Jets remain at 7 for a hard fought loss. The Dolphins, the Patriots Thursday night opponent, moved up five spots to number 17 overall. The Packers, Bengals, Panthers and Broncos round out their top five.
