Patriots Gab Week 8 Power Rankings: Patriots remain atop the NFL

1. Patriots

Of course the undefeated Patriots would be here and plus this is a Patriots blog site.

2. Bengals

What’s not to like about an undefeated team with a good defense, offense, and special teams? Nothing, so number two here you go Cincy.

3. Packers

Again, I say, what’s not to like about a team with zero losses, good offense and defense and special teams? Nothing. Number three for GB just because I like the Bengals right now just a little bit more.

4. Panthers

Great defense and an okay offense. This team just knows how to win.

5. Broncos

It’s kind of scary how bad the offense is playing right now, yet they keep winning. It does help they have a great defense.

6. Falcons

They look good, minus their TNF loss to the Saints, they look really good this year. They are a dangerous NFC team.

7. Cardinals

They look hot and they look cold, but make no mistake they are dangerous to the NFC and they will make the postseason, so look out for this west team. Yes, they are the best team in the NFC West, without a doubt.

8. Steelers

They lost to the Chiefs, but will hopefully get Big Ben and with him, they are a very solid team.

9. Jets

They lost in a tough one inside of Tom Brady’s stadium on Sunday. They look like an okay team.

10. Vikings

How in the world are they 4-2? Seriously!? I haven’t watched much Vikings game this year.

11. Giants

Guess whose 4-3!? The Giants! When they are going and they have an “on” game, they are one tough and annoying team to deal with.

12. Rams

Great defense, okay offense, but won Sunday, so bravo Rams.

13. Seahawks

Something is off with them this season. I can’t put my finger on it, but something is off. They aren’t the best team in the division anymore and I’m not so sure they can get a wildcard spot. They aren’t overwhelming good this season.

14. Raiders

What? What? Why? Why? They did just beat San Diego, but they are far from consistent, but when they win, they do it impressively.

15. Dolphins

They looked great in their past two games, granted, not very good teams, but still the Dolphins were just as bad before these past two games. But, hey, they look pretty good right now.

16. Redskins

The Redskins came back from their biggest deficit in their history. Congrats. It was against Tampa Bay, but still, way to go, that was impressive.

17. Saints

They are on a roll right now. Drew Brees has looked like his old self and he picked the Colts apart. Bravo.

18. Eagles

This team turns the ball over way too much and their offense keeps putting their defense back out on the field way too fast, regardless if they score or not.

19. Bills

They suck. They really suck without Tyrod Taylor, but they suck. So, number 19 it is for the 3-4 Bills.

20. Chargers

If the rest of the team would play the way Phillip Rivers and Danny Woodhead is playing right now, they’d have a winning record.

21. Cowboys

They need Romo back, but they aren’t a horrible team. They will compete in the NFC East and probably win once boy wonder is back.

22. Colts

The Colts probably couldn’t be a Romo-less Cowboys team right now. I don’t feel sorry for them. I wonder why?

23. Bears

We are entering terrible team land now, but DA Bears have the best QB of these remaining teams, so they make it here.

24. Browns

The Cleveland Browns 2015 team: the team that almost wins.

25. Chiefs

I feel like they should be better than they are, but I can’t put a team that has only two wins on the season any higher than this ranking.

26. 49ers

I think they could beat the remaining teams on the list and that’s why they rank here, but yikes.

27. Ravens

Baltimore, how hard and fall have they fallen this year! Bad team, that’s all there is to say.

28. Buccaneers

They are bad, but they do have a rookie at QB. Still, this year is not their year to do anything.

29. Lions

Boy they are insanely bad for a team with Megatron on it and Matthew Stafford.

30. Jaguars

I think they are the 30th best team in the NFL. That isn’t saying much.

31. Titans

They are really, really bad right now.

32. Texans

They will probably have the first pick in next year’s draft.
