The New England Patriots have acquired wide receiver Keshawn Martin from the Houston Texans, according to the Houston Chronicle’s John McClain. 

Martin is a former 2012 fourth-round pick out of Michigan State.

Martin is 5’11 and 194 pounds, using his speed for YAC and punt and kickoff returns.

In his four year career, Martin has played in 48 games for the Texans, catching 38 passes for 416 yards and 3 touchdowns.

He’s returned 86 punts for 766 yards and 1 touchdown. He has also returned 68 kickoffs for 1,707 yards.
