Tom Brady’s dad, Tom Brady SR. called into KGO, a San Francisco radio show to talk to host Chip Franklin about Roger Goodell and deflategate.

The host said before talking to Brady’s dad, he would “choose Tim Tebow over Tom Brady” and that Brady is a “big baby.” He also said Brady is a “cheater” and a “system player.”

Brady SR. rightfully upset, called in to give Chip Franklin a piece of his mind.

Brady Sr. didn’t hold back his feelings on Roger Goodell either, calling him a “flaming liar.”

Brady SR. is pretty awesome if you ask me!

You can listen to the entire argument that took place between Chip Franklin and Tom Brady SR. below!

Glad to see Mr Brady standing up for his son. Any commentator who is still talking about Deflategate at this stage, is not worthy of the name. Bottom line is Tom did nothing wrong. A bogus charge was levelled at him with no evidence or proof. It was based on an allegation which was fed to a reporter who since then has claimed he was lied to. We all should have seen the red flags in this saga from day one, when it was discovered that 3 of the Colts’ footballs were found to be under inflated yet no sanction was mentioned for them, none whatsoever. If there were any under inflated footballs, how could the NFL mete out this type of justice, for one team and not the other.

Tom’s innocence was confirmed by a federal judge, but yet these half baked sports hosts still want to perpetuate this non story.

Bottom line is Tom’s father raised a great son, one who is a role model to all young kids out there today and through dedication and hard work, won four Superbowls. Tom has suffered through his losses during 15 years in the NFL but, like Peyton Manning, Aaron Rodgers and the other leading QB’s of our time, always is quick to praise and congratulate any team who defeats his Patriots.

And yet he is hounded in the court of public (media) opinion for doing the right thing time and again. That’s as much a statement about the society we live in, as anything else.

Why these so called sports show hosts want to continue this non story is beyond me.
