Tom Brady isn’t accepting any suspension from the NFL.

Adam Schefter and Pro Football Talk Mike Florio have reported that Brady would be willing to accept some form of suspension for not cooperating but not for admitting any wrongdoing charged to him by The Wells Report, but now new reports say that is false.

The Boston Herald’s Jeff Howe is reporting that any rumors Brady would accept any kind of suspension is false, and NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport confirms that report.

Boston radio personality Scott Zolak said on Felger & Mazz that Tom Brady is still pushing for his suspension to be wiped out.

The court hearing today went Brady’s way and left the NFL looking horrible, so Brady has even more reason now not to settle if his demands are not met.

Tom Brady and Roger Goodell have been ordered back to court on August 30th.
