Three Patriots Players make the All – Pro Team

The Patriots had 9 players receive All – Pro Team votes today, but only 3 made the list released by the AP.

Two Patriots players made the first team All – Pro and 1 made the 2nd team.

TE Rob Gronkowski was named first team all – pro and CB Darrelle Revis was named first team all – pro. Gronk was a unanimous selection, the only other player to be unanimous was J.J. Watt. 

Revis led all cornerbacks with votes receiving 42 votes, beating Richard Sherman by one vote.

Kicker Stephen Gostkowski made the 2nd all – pro team.

6 other Patriots players received votes but fell short to make the list: Tom BradySebastian Vollmer, Dan Connolly, Jamie Collins, Dont’a Hightower, and Devin McCourty.

Revis is a First-Team All-Pro for the fourth time (2009-11), while Gronkowski received the honor for the second time (2011).

Gostkowski is an All-Pro for the second time (First-Team in 2008).
