Patriots Ticket Preview: Brady-Manning XIV

The New England Patriots will be hosting the Denver Broncos on Sunday night for what is being dubbed Brady-Manning XIV. When Peyton Manning and Tom Brady face off against each other, it’s always a spectacle with the media and fans. It doesn’t seem to matter whether Peyton Manning is playing quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts or the Broncos, there will be interest as long as he’s playing against the Patriots. This game has a chance to be the most watched Sunday night game this season and should be very well attended in Foxborough as well.

New England Patriots tickets for this game are averaging $391, which despite being a 19% decrease over the past week, is behind just the Cowboys at Giants for the most expensive game of the week. The average price is 26% above the average home game at Gillette Stadium and 40% above the price of Denver Broncos tickets on the road. The get-in price is currently $179.

The Patriots enter this game with a record of 7-3 and currently in position to be the No. 3 seed in the AFC behind the Broncos and Indianapolis Colts. After their win against the Kansas City Chiefs last Sunday night, the Broncos are now the No. 1 seed in the AFC with a record of 9-1. Having this game at home will be important for the Patriots as they try to overtake the Colts to get the second seed and a first round bye. New England also wants to avoid falling to the No. 4 seed to delay possible rematch with the Broncos to the AFC Championship Game at the earliest.
