Armond Armstead played is college ball at USC, he was projected as a first round talent, but a heart attack he sufferred in March 2011 cost him his Senior year at USC. Armstead said he was improperly giving injections of Toradol that lead to him having a heart attack. Armond went into the 2012 draft but was not drafted or signed in Undrafted Free Agency, most believe because of health concerns, so he went to the CFL to work his way back up. Armstead is listed at 6’5 and 298 pounds, he played for the Toronto Argonauts and help lead them to the Grey Cup Championship Game and winning it. He was also named an All Star.
