Zoltan Mesko is known for being the New England Patriots punter, and he does a good job at it, and Zoltan Mesko is also known as being very involved in many charities and helping out his community. Tonight, here at Patriots Gab, we would like to take a few minutes and write about the good, athletes do, and inspiring stories from people all around. Currently, when you turn the TV on, the stories are all about the negative happenings in the sports world, especially that one about a Notre Dame Football player. We want to spread, great, inspiring, triumphant stories instead of an negative one.
Our current spot light is on Zoltan Mesko, the punter for the New England Patriots. He has done so much good off the field, I feel like he fits the bill of our “good story” segment. Last season Mesko volunteered his time to helping out charities such as the campaign for “volunteerism”, visiting Boys & Girls Clubs, hospitals, veterans homes, home makeover events and more, and he also promoted the benefits of volunteering, and he also granted wishes for the “Make A Wish” program, for eleven young kids across the country, who wanted to meet Patriot players. This season Zoltan Mesko won the award from Patriots owner, Robert Kraft, “Ron Burton Community Service” award for his work off the field for the community.
