Pariots to Talk with Former Cowboys Center Andre Gurode

The Pats will pay a visit with former Cowboys center Andre Gurode, who was a Pro Bowl center with the team.

Tomorrow is cut-down day, but the Patriots are still considering adding a player. The Patriots are set to visit with former Cowboys center Andre Gurode, Ian R. Rapoport of the Boston Herald is told. The ex-Pro Bowler was released by Dallas in a bit of a surprise move on Aug. 29. At 32-years-old and set to make $5.5 million in 2011, Gurode was considered expendable by the Cowboys. With the Patriots facing some depth issues on the interior of their offensive line, perhaps the 6-foot-4, 318-pounder will help.
