WR/KR Jeremy Ross, Cal – Played in the NFLPA Game, formerly the Texas vs. the Nation Game, catching two passes for 10 yards for the winning Team Texas squad that played against The Nation … participated at the 2011 Cal Pro Day and posted a 4.39 mark in the 40-yard dash that was the best mark of the day and would been tied for third at the 2011 NFL Combine, which he was not invited to … also put up a time of 4.15 in the 20-yard shuttle and had a vertical jump of 39 inches at Cal’s Pro Day.

OT Kyle Hix, Texas – 2010: Started 11 games at left tackle … helped Texas average 382.5 total yards per game, including 232.0 passing yards and 150.5 rushing yards … missed the Oklahoma State game due to an injury …2009: Started 14 games at right tackle … tabbed honorable mention All-Big 12 by The Asociated Press and league’s coaches … twice earned UT’s Boss Hog Award as the most productive lineman … helped Texas average 39.3 points (third NCAA), 421.2 total yards (29th NCAA) and 273.6 passing yards (22nd NCAA) …2008: Started all 13 games at right tackle

OT Corey Woods, Akron – 2009 ALL-MAC THIRD TEAM: Offensive Lineman – Corey Woods, Akron, has been selected to the Mid-American Conference Third Team for the 2009 college football season. Woods (Reading Pa./Exeter Township HS) earns his first All-MAC honor, but gives the Zips a fourth-straight year of All-MAC honors at left tackle. The junior has started every game of his career, 36, including 12 this season at left tackle. Woods spent his first two seasons at right tackle as Kemme manned the left tackle spot.

OL Mike Berry, Auburn – Has 21 career starts and appeared in 30 games.

DE Alex Silvestro, Rutgers – BIG EAST WEEK 1 HONOR ROLL: Alex Silvestro, DE, Rutgers — Had five tackles, a sack and four tackles for loss in a 31-0 win against Norfolk State. Led a defense that held Norfolk State to 25 rushing yards and an 0-for-12 showing on third down conversions. – BIG EAST football
