Cunningham Inducted Into Patriots HOF

According to Christopher Price at WEEI:

Patriots owner Robert Kraft revealed to the media Monday morning that running back Sam “Bam” Cunningham is the latest inductee into the Patriots Hall of Fame. The USC product, who was a first-round pick in the 1973 draft, played in New England from 1973-79 and 1981-82, and remains the leading rusher in the history of the franchise with 5,453 yards. He also has the most rushing attempts in franchise history (1,385) and is second in rushing TDs (43) and tied for eighth in yards per carry (3.9). He is a member of the Patriots 50th Anniversary Team and the 1970s All-Decade Team. Cunningham edged center Jon Morris and defensive tackle Houston Antwine, who were also finalists.
