Sanders Fined $7,500 for Unnecessary Roughness

Patriots defensive back James Sanders was fined $7,500 by the NFL on Friday for unnecessary roughness. Sanders hit defenseless receiver David Anderson in last week’s loss at Houston. Also, Arizona Cardinals linebacker Chike Okeafor was fined $7,500 for a facemask penalty on Green Bay Packers quarterback Matt Flynn last Sunday.
