I thoroughly believe that they moved Vrabel to make room for Connor Barwin the DE/OLB from Cinci. A couple of years working with Thomas could do him a lot of good and won't cost the Pats Ray Lewis-type money. I do not see Ray Lewis in a Patriots uniform any time soon. My stomach hurt knowing that if we did not trade Cassel we would have a 14million back-up just kicking it on the bench. I'm sorry but that money saved on Vrabel and Cassel now will be better spent on getting the players we need. Now they're saying that what Coach B did in trading Cassel to the chiefs was unethical..........GMAFB. I'm sick of MSM trying to paint the PATS as cheaters. The ultimate back-up QB came in off the bench did what he was being paid to do,and while doing that he proved that he was worthy of being a starting QB it just isn't going to be the team he has been bench warming for these past few years.
