Junior Seau gave a fired-up fan an early Christmas present yesterday by announcing he has no plans to pursue charges against the Iraq war vet who jumped him on the sidelines Sunday. “There’s nothing to do,” said Seau. “The guy happens to be a big fan and I think alcohol got the best of him, but Merry Christmas to he and his family.” When told the fan claimed he just wanted to give the beefy backer a hug, Seau responded: “Yeah, he gave me a hug and said I love you.”
