Pats Bring in Two Vets for Tryouts

The Patriots had veteran cornerback Brian Kelly and fourth-year defensive end Erasmus James in for tryouts at Gillette Stadium. Kelly, 32, is an 11-year veteran who started 11 games for the Detroit Lions this season (26 tackles, 0 interceptions). The 26-year-old James was a 2005 first-round draft choice of the Minnesota Vikings, but tore his left ACL in his second season.
