The $20,000 fine that the NFL had thrown onto Randy Moss has been recinded.  Moss made comments about the officials after the game against the Colts back on November 2nd.  He said there was some “real iffy calls out there.”  The fine was taken back by Ray Anderson, the league’s vice president of operations, after a review, league spokesman Greg Aiello said today.  In 9 games this year Moss has 43 catches for 589 yards with four scores.
