Posted in Reports say that Pats QB Tom Brady had surgery on his left knee Monday, a month after his season came to an end on opening day when he was clipped in the opener vs the Chiefs. Now QB Matt Cassel reportedly tried to call Brady. “I haven’t gotten a return phone call yet,” he said. “I’m sure he’s just resting.” Reports say that the surgery was done Monday in Los Angeles, coach Bill Belichick would not comment on Brady or the surgery. “We’re not going to comment on anybody’s situation,” he said. “We’re not going to get into a daily update.”
