Watson Sits Out Practice; Likely to Miss Sunday’s Game

Shalise Manza Young, of The Boston Globe, reports that tight end Benjamin Watson did not practice today and is still nursing his knee injury.  It appears right now that he likely will not play Sunday vs Kansas City.

    TE Benjamin Watson has missed more games in the last three years than he has played. IMHO it would be wise for the Patriots to use one of their two 2009 second-round deaft choices on a TE like Brandon Pettigrew of Oklahoma State or Travis Beckham of Wisconsin.
