The Pats got some good news recently, and it appears that Sammy Morris is going to be close to if not 100 percent when training camp opens in July. Morris was on the field for minicamp, and reports say that he should not have any effect for a chest injury that landed him on IR last fall. “I feel good. I was off for quite a bit,” Morris said. “But (Patriots strength and conditioning coach) Mike Woicik had a good program for me. We took it slow to see where I was at and we’ve been building on that foundation that we started in March.” Morris played in six games last season, and rushed for 384 yards and three TD’s, and also pulled in 6 catches for 35 yards.
