Patriots Get A Breather Before Super Bowl Quest

After finishing the regular season undefeated at 16-0 with a 38-35 win over the New York Giants, the Patriots will now get sometime off as they await a playoff opponent. Thanks to their unblemished record, the Pat’s enjoy a first bye in the playoffs. With the game broadcast on three networks, the pats-Giants contest attracted an estimated 34-point-five-million viewers, the biggest audience for a regular season NFL game in 12 years.
