Pats’ Unbeaten Quest Continues Against Fins

Division rivals, yet complete opposites get together for an intriguing battle at Gillette Stadium as the undefeated New England Patriots host the one-win Miami Dolphins.  New England became just the second team in NFL history to start a season 14-and-0, joining the 1972 Miami Dolphins, who are the only team to go through a complete season unbeaten.  The Pats struggled, but got past the New York Jets 20-10 last weekend in windy and cold Foxboro to remain perfect.  Quarterback Tom Brady failed to throw a touchdown pass for the first time all year, but remains the likely MVP winner with 45 touchdown passes to just six interceptions.  Miami finally got off the schnide last Sunday, posting its first win of 2007.  The Dolphins defeated the Baltimore Ravens 22-16 in overtime on Cleo Lemon’s 64-yard scoring strike to Greg Camarillo to improve to 1-and-13.  The Pats beat the Fins 49-28 in Week Seven.  New England has already secured home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs.
