Roster Tweaking as Pats Re-sign Moore; Release Jackson

The Patriots have re-signed defensive lineman Rashad Moore, while releasing defensive backs Rashad Baker and Eddie Jackson. Moore played in the Pats’ four preseason games this year before being released on September 1st. The three-year pro has tallied 87 tackles and three sacks so far in his career. Baker recorded 14 tackles in seven games this season, while Jackson had five tackles in three contests.
