Pats Play Linebacker Shuffle After Colvin Injury
Posted by CJ on November 29th, 2007 filed in NewsThe recent season ending injury to Rosevelt Colvin will force the Pats to do a little reshuffling with their current crop of linebackers. Colvin played the outside in the 3-4 set, and after he left the game Sunday night with his foot injury, the team moved Adalius Thomas from inside to outside. They then put Junior Seau next to Teddy Bruschi on the inside. Mike Vrabel continued to line up at the other outside linebacker spot. It remains to be seen if that is the lineup that the team will continue to go with when the team travels to Baltimore to take on the Ravens Monday night.
