The “Brady & Moss” Show Lead The Way As Pats Stampede Over Bills 56-10
Posted by Jeff Sack on November 18th, 2007 filed in Game Stories, MainA true winner has that killer instinct. When they have their opponent down on the ground, they don’t walk away, and say that’s enough. They go for the jugular, they make sure their opponent will not rise again. The New England Patriots did that against Washington in week eight and caught wrath from some NFL observers, who have different viewpoints than this writer. Those same observers will probably be gnashing their teeth again Monday, because the Patriots beat the Buffalo Bills far past submission. And there was not a hint of remorse on the face of one New England player when they walked off the field of Rich Stadium with a 56-10 victory in place.
The closest the Bills ever got to New England was late in the first quarter as JP Lohsman hit receiver Roscoe Parrish with a pass for a 47 yard touchdown. That cut the New England lead down to 14-7, and then the Patriots went to work. New England scored 21 points in the second quarter, 7 in the third, and just to infuriate their critics 14 more in the final quarter. Buffalo would score 3 more points on a 52 yard field goal by Buffalo kicker Rian Lindell at the 6:02 mark of the third quarter.
This was the best episode yet of that new series that is sweeping the nation this Autumn “The Brady & Moss Show“. The pair connected for four touchdowns, Brady had five in all. Moss had 10 receptions for a128 yards to go along with the four TD’s. Brady also completed a 3 yard pass to Benjamin Watson for the fifth touchdown. Kyle Eckle also dove into the endzone for a 1 yard rushing touchdown, while Ellis Hobbs recovered a Dwayne Wright fumble and ran 35 yards for the last TD of the night.
Brady again, magnificent! He went 31/39 for 373 yards 5 touchdowns no picks. Matt Cassell came in at the end of the game and went 2/2 for ten yards. Lohsman, was not as successful going 14/25 for 160 yards 1 touchdown 1 interception. Brady now has 38 touchdown passes so far this season 11 short of Peyton Manning’s season record of 49 with six game remaining in the campaign. Brady has not thrown less than 3 touchdown passes in any game yet this season. New England kept their unbeaten streak alive now stand a 10-0. The Bills are now 5-5 after the loss. New England plays host to the Philadelphia Eagles next Sunday.

Pats are exceptional, however, would someone please acknowledge the simple fact that the Patriots Offensive Line is teh best in the league - and as such, this more than anything else including Brady and Moss is the reason for the record. They are truly dominating. Brady can literally lay teh ball on the turf, change his jersey and still pick it up afterwards and throw a stirke to whomever rec. is open since the DBs are worn out from chasing tehm around.
