Morris Placed on IR with Chest Injury

While the Pats have not had many injuries this season, they were dealt a blow on Friday as running back Sammy Morris was placed on injured reserve with a chest injury. Morris went down with the injury during the teams week six 48-27 win over the Cowboys. Morris has rushed for 384 yards and three touchdowns in six games for the unbeaten Patriots this season.
