Patriots quarterback Tom Brady understands the approaching birth of his first child is joyous and happy occasion, however, he also says he’ll do his best to stay committed to his team. Brady, speaking with reporters yesterday, said he hopes to be there for the birth of his child because he understands it is a very important part of his life. He also said he plans on staying committed to his teammates because he feels that’s what the Patriots organization deserves. Brady has requested time off when ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan gives birth. Patriots Coach Bill Belichick says he plans on treating the MVP quarterback as he does all other players who request personal time off. The season opener for the New England Patriots is September 9th in New York when they take on the Jets.
